	The Teak House is of new construction and built almost entirely of teak. Located about 90 steps from the almost endless, white sand Playa Hermosa, (Beautiful Beach), you can relax, surf, or just build sand castles. In the almost isolated, private settlement of Pacific Dreams, the days are endless with the opportunity to know nature, or just getting to know each other once again.
The insulated roof of the house and open ventilation make for comfortable living. There are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed; the other has two singles, but a double bed is available. The open air bathroom makes for a nice touch in the warm, tropical ambiance. Watch incredible sunsets on the west facing, Hermosa beach.
