Casa Nina is an elegant, one-bedroom beach house on the most beautiful part of the white sand beach of Santa Teresa. The spacious, upstairs bedroom, offering a wonderful view of the ocean, has a queen sized bed and a single bed, and a half bathroom. Perfect for a honeymoon couple, or for a family of 3.
	Downstairs is a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, blender, microwave, gas stove, and a toaster oven. There is another half bathroom adjoining a large, open rancho at the side of the house. The rancho has a dining table and three sofas. The rancho is the perfect location to have dinner while watching the sunsets of Santa Teresa.

Although the house is offered as a one-bedroom rental, the 3 sofas in the rancho can also serve as beds for a larger family. There is a washer and a drier in a small, utility building behind the house.
	Casa Nina is one of our most desirable rentals on the Santa Teresa Beach. The beach at Santa Teresa is now recognized as one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Central America, if not the world. We highly recommend this beach house because of its location, elegance, and comfort.
