RATES: LOW SEASON - May, June, September, October - $7,280 per week for 8 bedroom occupancy.
HIGH SEASON - all other months except Low and Peak Season - $10,150 per week.
PEAK SEASON - Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - $12,950 per week.
