This house was first built 300 years ago on the Indonesian island of Java. Now, thanks to our family's deep connection to Indonesia, this beautiful ancient teak house stands 40 meters from Santa Teresa's charming, more tranquil, most exclusive northern beach.
We are near the famous FlorBlanca (as featured in Vogue's most exclusive
Hotels), Milarepa and Latitude 10, in front of perfect surf. Our sunsets
are famous.
Casa Java oozes a cosy funkiness at the same time has a clean and modern look. It has been converted into a modern, super comfortable house whilst retaining all the wonderful 300 years old original features of ancient hardwood, beautiful painted wooden balconies and stunning carvings on door/window frames.

Engulfed by exotic plants and lush jungle, we are often visited by the local Iguanas, all sorts of tropical bird species and the beautiful Howler Monkeys famous for their loud barking
