Additional Considerations: At Latitude 10°, there are five guest suites, each in its own freestanding structure and placed for privacy in the woodland landscaping to the beach. Each suite consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and porch, and is cooled by the nearby Pacific Ocean breezes. |  |

Breakfast is included. For other meals, there is full restaurant with service exclusively for residents and their guests. It is not open to the public. The resident, French chef would appreciate a day's notice if possible to arrange fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. Drinks are always available in the clubhouse. |
