We are right on the beach in front the best Surf on the Northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach. Our exquisite sunsets are famous.
Situated on 2,5 hectares of land (about 6 acres) this very charming estate has 120 metres of beachfront and is near FlorBlanca, Latitude 10 and Milarepa, featured in Voque's Most Exclusive Hotels.
It is the largest beach house in Malpais County, measuring approx. 600 sq.m. (6,000 sq.ft.) whilst still maintaining an intimate coziness. Living room measures 240sq.m.(approx. 2,400 sq.ft.)
